Junglewalla was set up in early 1994 in Langkawi by Irshad Mobarak, with its main objective being to educate and inspire people to experience Langkawi’s rich natural history. These adventure tours are developed and conducted by a group of dedicated and passionate nature guides.

We do what we love! Our day trips and excursions are led by a team of dedicated & passionate nature guides and a deep love for nature. We want you to fall in love with nature and our island. This passion shows in everything we do. We don’t cut corners; we always put forth a 110% effort, and we are always trying to improve. We love it here, and it shows in the way we run our trips.

An outing should be safe, fun, educational, and, of course, environmentally friendly! We aim to be a leader in responsible and sustainable tourism and business practices. There are many ways that we can minimize our impact, green our operations, and contribute to the communities we live and work in.

Junglewalla also offers consultancy services to the government, NGOs, and the tourism industry, and is active in lobbying for ecological causes. We maintain strong relationships with local NGOs in Langkawi and Malaysia, and help as much as we can.
